Arionne, was so helpful and kind, very knowledgeable about the RIVO App she helped me set up the app, basically did everything for me, it made me feel secure with using this app, and seems to be user friendly, oh lest I forget the free app. Thank you so much Arionne your were amazing!

This app is on point, and its FREE. You can even customize the CSS of the popup to personalize it however you want. Whats there not to love? The customer service response is within minutes, and they are not only super helpfull, they are FUN to talk to!

This was super easy to install and use. I was expecting an automated chat bot, but I spoke to a real person (Pete) who even made suggestions for how I could improve my store conversions! Very helpful. Wish all help was like this!

I wanted to try this app out to see if it would increase my sales. It's very easy to install and the customer service rep Pete was super helpful. He even removed the branding by rivo for free! I look forward to seeing how this app would increase my conversions.
