Lance was FREAKING amazing! Not only did he help me fix the issue I was having, he complimented my shop and said he was going to tell his girlfriends to check it out! I really liked this app, easy to edit and with many cool things that I haven't seen in any other app, even more free. I had some questions about the app and the app attendant "Pete" answered me very quickly and answered my doubts, in addition to helping me make the layout even more attractive. 100% positive experience, I really enjoyed it!

I needed to add a pop-up form to my website as I was previously using the Mailchimp integration and wanted something that could link up with the internal Shopify customer base - read good reviews of the Rivo app and am so far very impressed. Very easy to use, the customer support from Paul was excellent and quick - I feel sure they will be supportive if I need any assistance in the furture.
