Simply awesome customer attention from Pete @ Rivo! He saw our store, followed our social media, and removed the Rivo logo, everything in a matter of minutes. With this level of customer service, we'll be checking out Rivo's other products as well. Great job guys!

So far, so good. Easy to set up and use. Branding removed after a short chat with customer service, who was extremely friendly.

I have only just started using this app, but it's extremely straight forward and very user friendly. I needed some virtual assistance and Pat was not only helpful, but friendly and engaged as well. We actually started using this app to provide customers opt in pop ups and to nudge them to a little indulgence in their purchase decision. The set up was super easy and the pop up seems to be working, No issues so far, touch wood. And their chat agents are easy and prompt to connect and we had a chance to get CS agent Arianne's help and they were super helpful.
