I installed the Rivo pop up to collect emails on our store. It was easy to get setup and Alex answered all of my questions and help me out.

I used the Rivo App to help me with collecting email for subscribers in my business. I need assistance and used the chat function. The representative, "Amazing Abbie", was very knowledgeable and helpful. Abbie was efficient, patient and resourceful. The sense of urgency and willingness to help me with my questions and beyond is what makes me want to stay with Rivo Apps. Thank you so much AMAZING ABBIE!!

I was looking for a pop-up app, and was recommended this one. Haven't gotten around to trying the app yet, but my initial experience with Lance, has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. In my entire life, I have never..EVER..had such an amazing experience with any support executive. He complimented my products, immediately provided the support I required and provided me with the sweetest most polite conversation. Really made my day. Amazing work. Never let him go!!!

I have built a ton of Shopify stores over the years and haven't used RIVO until now. It works perfectly, is flexible, and has great customer service. Big recommend!
