So far it works like a charm. I set up the subscription pop-up using samples of css code and it looks exactly how I wanted. Great customer service!

Very smart app, does exactly what it should do. No overwhelming UI like some other apps. Solid configurable standard layouts, CSS customization also possible. Great support by Pete.

My guy Lance just made my day!!! I was just asking for this app to remove it's branding, and then boom. Lance pops on, this contagious ball of positive energy. He does what I asks, compliments my store, follows it on instagram and was just nice the whole time. Dude made my day!! Come for the app, stay for the customer service

I wanted a pop-up banner that would help me get customer email addresses. The Rivo app was very quick to install and customise to my brand. I like the fact that you can offer discount codes (or not) and that you can add an image to really personalise it. I wasn't sure how to add an image so contacted support. I had a very quick response from Pete who sent me a very useful guide (including a video tutorial) which seems very comprehensive. The support so far has been excellent. Thank you Pete!
