Spoke with Arianne and she was phenomenal. Helped me with all the issues I had. There was no wait. She was on the ready! The app itself is free and gave me exactly what i was looking for in a pop up message.

I installed this application couple minutes ago and from the beginning the setup process was super easy and user friendly. Also I should say their customer service on another level. I would recommend this app to anyone.

First off, customer service is OUTSTANDING! I legit had fun during my chat with them. How often does that happen?! This is a fantastic app. It is completely free and legit. There's no hidden fees, no premium plan. It is a straight to the point e-mail pop up app and it is so easy to use! I am not technology savvy but I could put this together easily within a few clicks. Then BOOM! Its live and working seamlessly. I highly recommend this app if you're looking to grow your email list. If I could add anything, it would be more style choices for the pop-ups.

Rivo is very easy to use. It took me a few minutes to get a pop up to work. When making a poop up, they have an option to unbrand the pop up (rivo's brand) for free. When I clicked the button that I wanted to do that, Therese, was kind enough to help me. She is very knowledgeable, and gets things done quickly, 10/10 rating and highly recommended.

Abbie was very helpful and friendly. As for the app I just started using it. So far is a 5 star, hoping I don't run into any problems like I did with passed apps I had try before this ones.
