Maria from the support team was friendly and super helpful in assisting me with setup and getting onboarded with the app after installation! The interface is clean and user-friendly on both the front and backend, and I'm looking forward to collecting reviews.

One of the most effective installments for your store! Very easy to add and set up, most of the things are self-explanatory. However, when I needed some customer's support, I effortlessly got it! Abbie was fantastic and knowledgeable, assisted me with branding removal and was really proactive helping me to make a few more improvements. Really excited to experience the benefits of having this app on my website!

Die App ist recht einfach aufgebaut, was der handhabung gut tut und Pete vom Support hat mir direkt geholfen und einige gute Tipps gegeben, die nicht direkt etwas mit der App zu tun hatten, aber dennoch super hilfreich waren. Außerdam hat mir Pete super schnell geantwortet und war ausgesprochen nett.

Just started using it and I really appreciate the quick customer service on any questions I have, plus the quick automated way to send out and collect reviews without having to think about it. The rep also suggested some quick things to do to help my site.

Airanne was very helpful. She answered my questions professionally and promptly. Each time I thought I was finished with the chat, she surprised with other options that would help my business. I really appreciate her and the customer service was superb. She needs a raise for sure!!!
