Promising app, lots of customisation but failed to send any reviews to customers despite trying numerous things suggested by the AI assistant - re syncing, reinstlaling app etc. Nothing worked and my request for human support was deflected to help docs. Will have to try another app instead.

I mean, it was probably once a great app... It does a huge amount for free that you you have to pay for in other apps, if you don't need all the dozens of fancy widgets, etc. I also found the interface quite nice, professional and was really looking forward to using it. And submitting a review via the product is functional enough. However, when it came time to send review requests to customers, it simply doesn't work. I've tried contacting their support in every way possible. Their live chat is now just an AI agent; multiple emails to their support address - on the app, here on the App store, or on their website - never got any reply. I've read every piece of documentation on their website. As far as I can tell, the developers have abandoned TYDAL to work on their other paid app - hence the zero price tag (it used to be paid) and zero support. A shame as this would be a JMe-killer if offered at a low price point, even if not free.

The interface looks good, but, had to edit this initial good review as the app sent 0 emails to my customers, so I've missed out a lot of reviews. The staff stopped responding after 2 weeks about this issue so I have moved to a new review app.

Une application gratuite qui permet aux acheteurs de donner un avis sur le produit qu'ils ont acheté, permet aussi dans les réglages que tout le monde peut rédiger un avis qu'ils soient ou non acheteur , un mail peut envoyé aux acheteurs pour leur demander gentiment un avis, permet d'envoyer une réduction aux clients qui dépose un avis , une application très complète , en anglais mais les options sont réglables pour les voir apparaitre en français sur le site , j'adore, merci EDIT: Mes clients ne peuvent pas laisser un avis sur mes produit cela na fonctionne pas ....

Once you uninstall, there's no option to contact support to get the review widgets off your site. It's still on my site and driving me batty becuase I can't find a way to remove it.

The email collection never worked properly. I granted access to my website for them to fix it, but despite sending regular emails asking how it's going, nothing is fixed. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for it to be fixed now, but I can't wait anymore. I'm uninstalling it and using a different service.

Used to be great however over a month ago emails stopped being sent to my customers. I messaged Rivo but still not fixed Its been over a week with no update as to when it's being sorted. Looking to find a new platform now :(

I have had issues with this app since it was set up. Now the reviews are not uploading on my website. The issues was escalated and was supposedly fixed, but after reviewing my website I have still having the same issue. I tried chatting with support over 4 hours ago but still no reply
