Very easy to set up and customize for reviews. Makes it easy to capture reviews right in the site Pete from support was very helpful.

Pete is an awesome person! He was able to answer my questions and also provide helpful tips. I feel that he is a person who goes out of his way to make sure that people get the best customer service. I am so glad that I found this app - it's a complete revelation! I have had a very frustrating morning trying various other Reviews apps and then deleting them because they won't do what I want. However, the Rivo Product Reviews was very straightforward to install and within a couple of moments, I had customised it with my own wording and store colours, positioned it where I wanted it and tested it. I requested support with a small matter and had a very (and I do mean very) quick response from Pete who was helpful and got the issue sorted straight away. He was a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks Pete.

So far the app seems super streamlined and the support extremely friendly and helpful (and quick to respond!). This is especially impressive for a free app. I still need to import my reviews from the app I was using before, but I think this will fit the bill. Thanks!
