Jamie was so helpful in helping me set up the TYDAL review app! She was very informative and gave me links to additional instruction pages. I felt like she truly cared about my website and even gave me additional tips on how to improve. I am so impressed by their customer service!

The customer service at TYDAL was excellent, and you don't find that very often these days. Everything was verified and set up quick. I would recommend them to anyone with a store on Shopify.

My experience with TYDAL's Product Reviews App was great. The setup process was straightforward, and their customer support is top-of-the-line. The team member that I interacted with was Sam. He helped me remove the TYDAL branding from my store. He was kind, straightforward, and accommodating. I highly recommend TYDAL for your customer reviews and for those who truly value customer service.

The support team on this app has been shockingly helpful. I've not gotten to test the app itself yet as much as I'd like to to give a comprehensive review, but if its anywhere near as good as their support team I find it hard to believe it'll be bad.
