I was a little confused but accessing the customer care is so simple, and Adrian guided me in minutes to resolve the issue I was facing. Very happy with this, my quickest resolution till date I would say.

This app has helped a ton with making reviews easy to navigate on my shopify storefront. Their customer service is super helpful as well! Jamie went above and beyond when it came to helping our store reach new levels! 10/10 recommend.

Really great app! I've tried a lot of review apps, and none compare in value to TYDAL's free app. There are a lot of settings to customize color, font, icons, etc. I love the flexibility you get and how minimal and good it looks on screen. Jamie was quick to answer any questions I had! Would recommend to any store
