Great customer service from Sam. I love how it's free and easy to use. The reviews help make my store look a lot more credible! I've experienced the review glitch some are speaking of (when you click a button it brings up the entire review instead, or a different one altogether, but it's a bit of a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives!

Just started with app, had quite a few questions about setup and features I was looking for (of which most are possible) - I also had some good ideas which they are looking to implement in the future. Great support and a very easy-to-use app. The only negative is that I can only give a discount code if the user uploads an image or video.

Die funktioniert, ist aber noch in der Anlaufphase. Dafür ist der Support sehr nett, schnell und auch immer hilfreich, in der Hinsicht auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert ansonsten, etwas mehr Features hätte ich mir gewünscht, die man individuell bearbeiten kann

This is a good app, but I would suggest you look for reviews to automatically import from Ali Express, and Alibaba. That is crucial. Please think about that ASAP.

Had recently installed this app.Had a question and contact the sales team of Tydal. Sam , one of the team members responded quickly and helped me sort out my problem.Although I am still on the free plan an new their response was excellent. The app worked perfect in my store and would recommend it to anyone who need a no nonsense review app with good sales backup. Pieter -Shopify shop owner

The functionality of the app is not flawless, but Sam with customer service was so quick and helpful! I heard from her very quickly and she made some suggestions to try. Right now the app is working just fine, but I will know what to do if something comes up again.
