Jamie showed incredible patience and kindness throughout the entire process, which took an hour and a half. Thanks to her help, I was able to solve the problem I was facing, and she made the experience much more pleasant than I could have imagined. It’s rare to find customer support that is so dedicated and professional. Jamie not only resolved my issue but also explained each step clearly and empathetically, which helped me understand the Tydal app better. Awesome app. Very easy to install and Adrian was very helpful installing additional options to the app for free for me . Adrian also gave me some tips I didn't know how to do on my main page of my website. Very helpful 5 star :)

Great free app with a fantastic customer support. Very straightforward review system, you can set and design review request emails with a coupon code option. You can display review stars everywhere where you want. Also you can set a reviews comment section to your store, you can manage review comments very well in your site with this app. And in the app you will find detailed and professional settings for everything what you could need. The overall look of the review system looks really good and professional and the management side of this app is superb. 10 out of 10, excellent app. A customer from Hungary.
