I had hands-on help right away. Fast and easy to communicate with, and able to assist me with my problem. They tackled the issue, and along with other things, that helps showcase my shop as my brand and myself. Thank you again, Sam! :)

Everything works well, was able to import my reviews very easily, and its also very customisable and brand friendly, Sam was a great help in customer support answering all my questions, recommend definetly.

Great free app, has all the basic features you need to get started and share your reviews on the website. Jamie from customer support was amazing in helping out with all struggles I had while setting it up. There's a few features missing that I'd love to have, and after chatting to Jamie they've added the suggestion to their feature roadmap so I'm truly excited to see the suggested features come up to life in the weeks or months. Super recommend.

The functionality of this app speaks for itself but where TYDAL really shines is in it's customer service. Sam was an absolute delight to speak with, answered any/all questions in a prompt manner and is a credit to their team!

I like this product, it is easy to use, and the after-sales service is great. You can always find their customer service staff when you encounter problems, and they will always reply to your messages.
