Fantastic service from Sam @ TYDAL! If you're a Kiwi or from Aus, you'll appreciate the casual and clear communication that can be harder when dealing with foreign third-party apps. Great app and we so appreciate it being made available for free.

So Far So Good. The system is easy to use, and my experience with regard to the customer support has proven very good. They are quick to respond, and matters get delt with swiftly. I was assisted by Sam ( he has been a great help ).

It'd be great if you could update this, since only allowing one image per review isnโt very user-friendly. Like on Amazon, where people can upload multiple images instead of just one. If you can fix this, your software would be perfect!

The best app for collecting reviews on your store. Even though it's free it has everything and the customer service is much better than the ones you pay for. Jamie is amazing! She helped me set everything up; she is so good at what she does.
