I’m not as tech savvy. In under a 10 minutes my problem was resolved and I was even invited to look into other options that will elevate my store

Fantastic service from Sam @ TYDAL! If you're a Kiwi or from Aus, you'll appreciate the casual and clear communication that can be harder when dealing with foreign third-party apps. Great app and we so appreciate it being made available for free.

So Far So Good. The system is easy to use, and my experience with regard to the customer support has proven very good. They are quick to respond, and matters get delt with swiftly. I was assisted by Sam ( he has been a great help ).
