TYDAL's customer service will patiently teach you how to use their plug-ins. At the same time, I think they will enthusiastically provide some very helpful tips. I like them very much!

Customer service from Sam was very friendly and fast. He helped us quickly remove the branding of Tydal on our site. The app currently works as it should out of the box with some optional settings but may require a few custom tweaks.

Will update later, as I just installed this app, but the customer service so far has been great. Sam was fantastic and granted me several perks that I didn't even ask for but really appreciate. I look forward to using Tydal for my future reviews! P.S. An easy way to automatically import reviews from other platforms would be the best thing ever

The app was easy to install and I got all lot of help from the support team member (Jamie). Who was able to respond fast and answered all my questions and gave me some tips on my store. She was polite and asked what I wanted first, which is great since it’s a bit sensitive subject So far I have great experience.

Tydal has a great little review app which helps my customers give honest feedback about our gear. The ability for them to post photos is very popular. Very helpful support team too.
