So far I’m sad that I can’t praise this company more than the 5 stars shopify allow. Personally I’d give them 100 stars if I could! I’m a complete noob to the wonderful world of website design and Jamie at Tydal has walked me through more things that have nothing to do with this app whilst helping me actually set the app up. She’s been friendly and reassuring, answered all my questions and never once pressured me to buy anything at all which is really important to me as a lot of businesses on here try to do just that. We’ve set up emails and discounts, sorted the reviews and all that’s in between and I’m so grateful for her and of course all the team for being so amazing and being so good at what they do which is creating an easy to navigate app. I’m now off to set up their rewards program too as I’m so impressed by their work! Keep up the good work guys! You definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

Encountered some issues with star reviews being displayed in product collections. Contacted support and within minutes I was connected with Sam. Sam was able to address my issue as well as optimize other components in no time. Very pleased with the support experience and app functionality. Highly Recommend!

Very easy to set up and use. The support team (Sam) is a great value to the team, efficient and helpful. Impressed by the app. Met all my needs and does not have unnecessary gatekeeping
