Tydel support team is immediately ready to help out upon installing. Go ahead and engage with their chat box. You will not be alone setting up the app. Jamie was friendly and helpful. I felt like I had my own personal admin taking care of the boring bits while I played with placing the widget on my product page theme. The widget is clean, simple, and melts right into the theme design. So far, so good. I’m looking forward to watching how well it performs. Thanks Tydel team!

App works well most of the time. Any time I have had an issue, the customer support responds very quickly and has always fixed any issues I have. Sam from customer support was fast and got the job done effortlessly.
