I've been using this app for several months now, and today I wanted to improve the layout on the mobile version. Sam helped me, and I have to say, he has a great sense of design. We solved the issue in about ten minutes! What could be more satisfying than getting excellent help? I highly recommend this app and its amazing support team.

5 stars simply for the customer service so far. I may have to update this once I have everything integrated into my website and get some feedback from customers. However, my initial feelings are very positive. Again, my customer service experience with Jamie was beyond helpful. Their set up is straightforward and looks very professional so far.

Tydal is a great way to enable reviewing on your store, especially for those business owners who do not have a huge budget to spend on getting subscription of various apps, and the support team is awesome.
