Absolutely fantastic app. Does everything you would want it to and then some. Tried many different review apps over the years but they all failed to provide exactly what I was looking either in terms of customisation or placement or ease of use and functionality, but this app was a breeze and integrates perfectly with my website. It is also worth mentioning that the customer support is absolutely first class. Very quick to respond (even though we are in different countries) and extremely helpful. Walked me through a number of different changes I wanted to make in real time via the chat function so couldn't really ask for more. Very pleased and more than happy to recommend to anyone looking for a review app.

Also bisher kann ich nur sagen dass der Customer Service sehr toll integriert ist und um zu starten hat man eigentlich immer eine kurze Conversation mit einem Mitarbeiter (in meinem Fall Sam). Ich kann nur sagen, tolle App, toller Service und sie ist sogar kostenlos!

This app is really, really great! It has the gallery feature I needed, can upload videos, and the customer support team is excellent, especially Sam. He patiently helped me resolve issues, and I'm very grateful to him. I rate this app 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work!

Customer service is great. App it's self is easy to navigate. Only negative thing to say, when looking at reviews that are left on products, it is sometimes frustrating. When you click on one review, it brings up an entirely different review and it is impossible to get to the intended review at times. Other than that glitch that needs working out, great app to have!

It was an awesome experience working with Sam. He was very efficient, professional and went beyond his call of duty to assist me. Sales and support service is what makes or breaks the deal for me. Tydal earned every one of those 5 stars.
