Hands down best support among any apps on Shopify. Sam was awesome, fast knowledgeable and happy to help. The app itself is simple, robust and it provides everything I need (list reviews instead of grid, ability for customers to upload photo or video, and email reminders for customers to leave a review). Easy 5 stars! Update: I had some issues to show the reviews on the site (problems on my side, not the app), and Jaime was great. She was quick and well informed, tnx.

I am just installing the app, and contacted support to remove the branding. Jamie answered in less than a minute, removed the branding and even gave me a follow on IG, and offered a suggestion to my online store to help my page stand out a bit more! Thanks Jamie!

Service is excellent! Thanks, Jamie! I asked them to remove the branding and I got some other great features and tips as well. It really made the start of figuring out the app easy. So far, it looks like a comprehensive versatile app. I'll update the review about specific features later!
