Product is good and easy to understand, and team response (Ms. Arianne) was also great and supportive, but Rivo app is a bit costly (14 days trial) for beginners as compared to judge.me (free plan forever) and Air app (avada) free.

So far I must say the app is working well. What I am really impressed with is the customer service though. I needed help solving a little problem I had and Mica (Customer Rep) went above and beyond to not only solve my problem, but also provide added valuable information that I wasted not time implementing. :-) Happy Camper

Wow, this app is absolutely amazing and it won't cost you a dime! Mica, the customer service rep., was an absolute gem. She was so incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed, even though I'm not very tech-savvy. I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon both the app and the wonderful assistance of Mica. Thank you so much GUYS!!

I love the simplicity and the ability to seek help should the need come up. I find the staff very helpful and very willing to help out the client. The Agent Mr. Pete that I was with was spectacular and deserves a 5 star for excellent service. Guys keep up the great work!.. Thank you Paulo

Extraordinary fast live chat response. Also, Jel help me to remove the branding for free version and verify my shop which is really amazing. I really appreciate that they provide a lot of premium features in free version. Love it!

My experience was accidental as I pressed buttons too fast lol. However, It was a wonderful experience! I met Jel and she helped me in so many ways. I didn't I did need help with a few things. i would definetely recommend this app to be installed and use by every one as its user friendly and the online assistance is prompt and result oriented, just go ahead and instal the app to enjoy your online store and give a new look to your products by getting satisfactory 5 star rating on your newly launched or old dead products.

I am relatively new to using the Rivo application but I am very content with what the app provides so far! We are a small business and just recently launched our online shop, so we are constantly on the lookout for useful add-ons. Installing a reviews app seemed mandatory, and after installing and trying out different applications I finally discovered the Rivo app which had the easiest set-up and customization possibilities (also in the free version!!!) and I have been using it since! Their support team is awesome, I just texted them with a request to remove the "Rivo branding" and Arianne got back to me within seconds and was utterly friendly and helpful. She even provided additional input and feedback which I found really nice Service 10/10
