Amazing customer service, always. Easy to set up, easy to use, you can even translate it via Translate & Adapt which is outstanding. I would not think twice and just use this app!

Fantastic customer service, particular shout out to Jel, who went above and beyond what was expected to support our store. App is easy to install, nice touch that they allow their branding to be removed, even with the free version. Looking forward seeing our customer reviews show up on our store.

I use Rivo for another app, and decided to move our reviews app from another big app to Rivo's. Their product is much easier to work with, looks cleaner, and the customer support is definitely better.
