I was immediately contacted by chat as soon as the app was installed. The rep not only answered all my questions but also made simple change on his end to make my site more professional. He sent me links with step by step instructions and answered all my questions. If the app works as great as the customer service rep this is score for my business!!

It was really easy to set up overall. Anywhere I had a question, I could hop into the chat and ask for clarification. Jel was amazing helping me. It's still early for me to completely review the app, but I am impressed with the features and the price!

Still getting my head around Rivo Reviews App, but it is very easy to use and very customizable. Highly recommend! I am currently using both Rivo Product Review and Email Pop-Up apps. Terrific apps that are really user friendly. Have had a few questions about getting more out of them and Paul was great at answering questions and was even kind enough to unlock some free features for me. Highly recommend getting the apps and then having a chat with the team for ideas.
