Customer Service is really good. They help you out with comprehensible info. They work fast and go above and beyond for you, with for example: extra tips and tricks to make your site and shop work even better for you. PS, Ask for Paul, he is witty and sends funny gifs in the chat. ;-)

I really enjoy using this app. It’s easy to navigate and provides essential information after I send out campaigns! It’s very helpful in letting me know how my customers responds! Adrian has been helpful in removing branding from the widget.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this reviews app deserves a review! I installed the Rivo reviews app yesterday, followed by the Rivo Loyalty App and so far I have really enjoyed the process and I am really impressed by the whole user experience both for myself and my customers. Pete helped me on their speedy chat function and was really helpful and friendly. I tried 4/5 rival apps before finding this one. So glad that I persevered! Will be recommending to other start-up Shopify users.

Mica was a great help, she got my 'Powered by Rivo' removed and also gave me a suggestion on something I could change on my website and shared a page that helped me remove the 'Powered by Shopify' at the very bottom of my website, something which I didn't know how to get rid of. I really appreciate her help!

I've had Tydal installed for a long time on my store and its always worked great. Had my first experience using the customer service today to help me figure out something. They responded immediately and had me squared away within just a few minutes. Great customer service, and a great app.
