Just downloaded and installed the app, so not much to report yet on how well it works but the chat feature was quick and easy. Paul, who helped me via chat, was super quick and offered some helpful tips.

Fantastic customer service, particular shout out to Jel, who went above and beyond what was expected to support our store. App is easy to install, nice touch that they allow their branding to be removed, even with the free version. Looking forward seeing our customer reviews show up on our store.

I use Rivo for another app, and decided to move our reviews app from another big app to Rivo's. Their product is much easier to work with, looks cleaner, and the customer support is definitely better.

I was immediately contacted by chat as soon as the app was installed. The rep not only answered all my questions but also made simple change on his end to make my site more professional. He sent me links with step by step instructions and answered all my questions. If the app works as great as the customer service rep this is score for my business!!
