Arianne was so nice and she completely helped me out. She also gave me some extra pointers that I hadn't thought of. I recommend this app to anyone that needs customer reviews about their products.

I have to say the support i received today by Jel from Rivo was second to none, Jel was working immediately for me and also made a few very welcomed suggestions that would benefit my site. I actually feel like i want to use more Rivo products. Highly Recommend. Not only has it given me an easy way to reward my customers the help team are always adding new features and they are quick to reply if you have any questions. They always go out of their way to ensure everything is working as it should. They also have exceptional reporting on the home page.
