My experience thus far has been great. It is very easy to navigate the app. It make doing any changes that needs to be done quite easy. I had previously used another app and was having a few issued and that's why I switched to this one and I am happy that I made the switch.

Rivo have done it again. These guys are amazing, their products are easy to use (even for a newbie like me) and the customer service is second to none. Abbie helped me out not only with my Rivo query but found I had the wrong social media link on my shopify page, now that is above and beyond. I can't thank these guys enough for providing such a great experience.

I can't believe this app is free! Customer service was so fast i thought it was a BOT! Paul was such a delight!!! Thank you so much for all the help. I installed the app seamlessly and review picture upload was a breeze!

Pete was a lot of help with removing the branding and even answered a few extra questions I had about app functions. He did everything right and knew all the answers. I love the app but would like a couple additional features that I feel would be helpful. But I see you may come out with them on updates in the future, so I will be patient. I was trying to get reviews from customers before I found this app so it was a pleasant surprise that it will be so easy now without me manually doing things to get them.
