I love the way the app looks on my shop! I've also installed their email pop up add and it's perfect. The person helping me (Jel) was very kind and helpful!

It is really good to communicate with the Rivo team, they very well understand the customer requirement and resolve every query. I mine case I had a very good experience while chatting with one of the team member Arianne.. With in a chat she resolve all my queries and also got some very good suggestion for my store.. which is also very useful and missing in my store. The app is very easy to use and new user friendly! I was lucky enough to receive help from Pete who assisted me in making adjustments to my widget and even went a step further to guide me in the right direction to making a favicon for my online store! I've had an amazing experience with this app so far.

So far this app is really useful. I have yet to explore many of the other features it offers. But it works great so far. Customer service is exceptional! They are there to help whenever needed. I spoke with Jel and she was very helpful. She enabled some extra free features for me and I can't wait to try them out. The best part of this app is that is it totally free!! Thank You RIVO!!

The app itself: Easy to set up, wonderful to customize, great possiblity to get and collect feedback from your customers. I like the e-mail function and to offer customers a reward in case of giving a review with a picture. For a small shops still in the beginning it is also so unbelivable great and important this app is for free! Also: a 10+ Star customer support. Very fast, very friendly and amazingly supportive. I got much more as I asked for.

The app is pretty straight forward, easily customizable. Abbie was SUPER helpful. Went above and beyond, not only assisting with what was initially requested but also providing great tips and how to's to help get my site up and running properly. Highly recommend it!

I love this App. I chatted with Paul today on verifying my store in just second everything was done; he even helps me with other things that I needed help with, I would recommend using rivo for your site.
