The Tydal app has been bar far the easiest and most professional review and email capture app we’ve tried. Sticking with this one! Jamie is also a great help if any issues arise.

We just started using this app, had a few questions and reached out. Jel was the person who popped on and what an absolute treasure! Knowledgeable, made excellent suggestions we had not even thought about, and extremely helpful. We are liking the app and look forward to using their other apps as the customer service is top notch. One of the best APP so far!!! Easy to install and run. In customer service "Arianne" is very helpful and sorted all my enquiries with in seconds, Highly recommend this APP!!

Only had the app for a few days, and needed a bit of help and Mica was very helpful and sorted out the problem straight away! Even gave me some tips for my website so a HUGE thanks for that! Def a great app and fantastic customer service!

I started dealing with "Rivo" through using their application "Rivo Popups - Email Pop ups". And because of its elegant, brilliant, logical, smooth & simple way of displaying & functioning, I decided to visit "Rivo's Page" just to discover more about their products; well using their Popups App gives me a proof of professionalism in coding & programming! Power of Simplicity, I advise you all to have it to increase your Clientele Data Base! Then I decided to have "Rivo: Rewards, Loyalty Program" on my store. It's a decision that ascends my store to a complete distinctive level of Online Business. Complex but yet simple to deal with. Unique concept but aiming to target you the most possible sales out of your store's visitors. As regards "Rivo's Support Team", I feel speechless to describe how Friendly, Professional & Creative They're. I feel lost for words, especially after dealing with them. Pete was really helpful and sorted out my issue right away. He also offered another useful suggestion for something else I could do to improve my shopify store and gave me a link to help. Loved the funny gifs too. Great customer service.
