So far customer service is great. Haven't used the app much yet but i can say the service is excellent and immediate. Paul was a big help

They have added a very nice review widget to my shop yepsio.com. They have awesome customer service and the person who helped me was Abbie and she was very helpful. I'll be using rivo for a long time

I just installed this app for my store which is pre-launch. So I cannot testify to it's usability and functionality at this time. However, for a free app it seems quite impressive. Tons of features at no cost and friendly customer service. I'll revisit this review after I've spent some time using it while my store is open.

Easy to use, easy to translate. Chat with support is effortless, quick and to the point. Almost hard to believe that this is a free app.
