I had initially tried to use another review app and it was a nightmare trying to embed it on the back end of Shopify, Rivo was seamless, and Pete assisted me quickly with anything I asked. Can't thank you enough for making this so easy for me.

Paul was amazingly helpful and got my store verified in minutes! Can't wait to see the positive results from adding RIVO to my shopify store apps - for reviews and loyalty I don't see it getting much better!

So far so fantastic. I got to chat with Abbie to help get set up and she was prompt and helpful. She even gave a tip for the store in terms of layout and such. I also love that this one app also carries other things so I can keep everything in one place.

Very simple to set up and the live chat was helpful for any questions. The widget shows up immediately at the bottom of all product pages and there's an option to show the star rating beneath the product title. I'm excited that this app will automatically send emails requesting a review 14 days after purchase. And you can also import reviews from other sources using their csv template which is amazing.

My experience with rivio's apps have been great so far! Very Simple to use and thoughtfully arranged! The customer support team is what you'd hope to be the standard everywhere, they're truly great! So attentive, the effort to help is so encouraging, especially when trying to start or grow a new or existing business, thank you guys so so much, i'm grateful!

I recently installed the review app after having such a great experience with the pop ups app which was also provided by Rivo. Mica helped me out with the review app and upgraded some extra features for me free of charge which i greatly appreciated. Rivo is a great brand and so is their team. Having a great experience so far and the craziest thing about this brand is that their services are free! Thanks again Mica.

Works well with the Loyalty App. Easily customizable. Customer service is also A+. Mica went above and beyond by also helping with other unrelated things! :)
