I had to contact them for support and Paul assisted me with unlocking the additional features. So far it's been pretty handy.

Yaci made it very easy to navigate the app and removed the "powered by". She also taught me about changing the favicon. Amaing customer service.

Very easy to use APP. When in need of help, the reps are right there. Reps are very friendly and know there info to help you. Highly recommend Rivo for your business needs. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The support is amazing! I chatted with the lovely Jel and she was so much help even advised me on changes to my website that had no relation to the Rivo app! You can remove the branding so the app does not show with the reviews, send automated emails to customers after 14 days of fulfilment and in honesty I can't believe the app is free

Nice App, Nice customer service. Still learn how to confiure it. They do 24/7 customer service for a free app. Amazing.

The assistant that helped me was betty! And her service was quick, efficient, and very professional! She was straight to the point and verified my website and removed the watermark for me with no issues absolutely free!

Haven't played with the app yet, but the other Rivo apps are fantastic. Mica helped me and I wasn't expecting such an amazing 1 on 1 experience. Above and beyond experience, Highly recommend this company

This is the second time I work with Rivo for another one of their apps I installed and let me tell you....THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT ! I spoke to Abbie today and she was super quick, efficient and helpful. Answered all questions I had and went above and beyond for me. Gave me advice on things I didn't even think I needed advice on lol ! Such a great company to deal with. Thanks Abbie!
