They offered one on one support and ensured the review platform worked according to our website theme. In regards to Rivyo app this is our third store we're using with Rivyo and nothing to complain, it's working good and support offered is equally brilliant.
日本語には対応していないため、意思疎通に難しさを感じることもありますが、スクリーンショットなどを使いながら根気強くサポートしてくださいます。 解決までに少し時間はかかりますが、説明も丁寧で、多くの問題を解決できており、とても助かっています。サポートの対応には満足しています。 レビューメールの対象者を絞ったり、商品ごとにレビューメールを送る機能があると嬉しいです。

Excellent customer service! I ran into a weird bug with the review widget loading, but the support team was incredibly responsive and fixed the issue on their end very quickly. Everything is working perfectly now. Great app backed by a reliable team. 5 stars!
