サポートが早く、とても助かりました。 星4にした理由は、レビュー依頼メールの種類をいくつか作れたらよかったのと、 顧客をカテゴリーに分けて、メール送りたくないリストの作成や、レビューをしていない先に追加のメールを送る自動設定などが出来たら良いですね。

Quick and speedy install and responses help requests. Although we have shied away from importing reviews I did test the Google Chrome extension and it worked incredibly well!

Used many app but found rivyo to be more simple. The support is also very helpful. Responds on time. Satisfied.

Seems I use the free plan, there are only a few limited functions that I can use, but it is quite enough for our store so far. Great customer service, easy to use. But it has a problem, the chrome extension can't grab the corresponding reviews for the specific item, I have to delete the wrong review by myself one by one.

I used this App and twas helpful but I had to remove caus i closed the acct. shopatakuweb. I got refunded by the rep.tnx!

Very prompt and helpful support. I preferred the app prior to their most recent changes as currently the base plan is quite restrictive. Their interface is fairly easy to use and I like the csv import capability.

It’s a really good app. But, we need a lot of assistance from their tech’s. The team is very fast with problem solving. Would be a 5 star if the functionality was better.

I only committed to this app because the developer promised me that the reviews would be indexed by Google in 1 month. That was 4 months ago. Now they include it, but there is a catch. You have to pay for the Advanced Plan. Developer left that detail out. Only reason I put up with the all the problems with this app was because it was free. Updated: The customer service has been good in dealing with issues I have so I am bumping my review up
