I haven't been able to open the app for the past few months, and I can't contact customer service for help. It's really terrible. If I still don't get a response, I will uninstall it.

Warning! They are misleading in their description. I bought Rivyo Product Review so I could use their " fully customizable email template " as they marketed it. Spend hours on it. Turns out you can't even insert a simple JPEG image to FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE email template. Very disingenuous.

The customer support solved my problems and asked me to write a good reviews. However, once I wrote the comment, the problem came out again... BUT THERE IS NO ONE TO REPLY ME ANYMORE....
We have fixed this issue that you had faced. Can you please test it? it let me add reviews for 3 products and then just stopped working, now I cannot import anything. I click submit review after filling in all the details and its just processes forever. Contacted support and got no help whatsoever

Can't edit reviews, can't upload photos. After contacting the support, the edit review button got removed. Don't waste your time on this app.
