The review tool I recently used exceeded my expectations in terms of timeliness of service, fulfillment of needs, and affordability. The tool has been very prompt in providing timely service. I have tried five different review apps, but I ended up sticking with this one. The other apps had their own shortcomings, and I simply wanted a review service without having to pay extra for unnecessary features. This app has all the necessary functionalities for reviewing, it is user-friendly, and allows customization of font size, layout, and more. Additionally, it offers the convenient option to include image reviews. The price is reasonable, and the customer service team is prompt in resolving any issues.

We've had Rivyo for awhile and like how you can hide reviews from the website. We just put a new theme on our Shopify website, and Rivyo helped to make sure that the reviews were showing up properly on the product pages!

I have been using the app for quite some time. It is really easy to use. I imported more than 4000+ reviews from our Amazon Account. This helped build the instant social proof required as we migrated to Shopify. The team is really helpful with responding to all the queries and solving any issues we have.
