This is a really fantastic app, that does more than expected. Customer service is beyond stellar. The Thimatic team made the transition from Etsy to Shopify a breeze with their review app, Thank you! I have been using this fantastic app for well over a year and also in my previous Shopify store. It is so easy to use and the only time I need help is when I switch themes. I let the Rivyo Team them take care of it because I don't want to mess anything up and they are always so kind to help with this.

It's fully customizable, but sadly not 100% compatible with our store. The support team responds fast and patiently even helping with uninstallation. Wish you all the best and I recommend this app:)

Just installed and configure this app. So far so good. Support was excellent once I gave Collaborative access. The app has a lot of great features and displays on the website beautifully. One of the many features I like is the Q&A feature. This should help with the most commonly asked questions. The only thing left to see is how it performs. I will let you know. Mar 6th, 2022 - so far so good, app work as advertised, lots of great features. the Amazon review import extension for Chrome is amazing, I just wish it worked for other channels (hopefully in the future). the support, the support is amazing, responsive, knowledge. this is how support should be for every app. 5 stars across the board.

Been using this app for 2 years +. Reached out to customer support because they removed a feature which was initially in the free plan, and they accommodated my request. App does what it is supposed to do for my use case.

Really nice application. I've done huge research before installing it. It has an excellent flexible design and functionality. For me was important to have SEO Google Rich snippets and Import reviews to Google Shopping. The customer service is also good, but be ready to contact them to add this app correctly, but it's not a big deal, they respond quickly. I would recommend Rivyo.

Easy to use, looks good and the price is very decent compared to other apps. Has all of the features I need like photo reviews, review requests, importing a large amount of reviews etc.
