Great customer service. I recently installed a new theme and was having trouble getting the app set up. They responded very quickly and actually added it in the code for me within minutes. Much appreciated!

The best review app, Excellent chat support at any time of the day. it is fantastic, if you sell products in amazon you can also import your reviews from amazon. Jigs p, one of their customer support agents, helped me a lot with a gem page integration problem. Many thanks.

Easy to install and import reviews. Now our reviews from all over the place (Amazon, Etsy and Shopify) are centralized on our Shopify store! Excellent support team - knows exactly what our problem is and they are very action-oriented to resolve them timely.

Awesome app, they were very helpful and set up everything. The app is easy to use and packed with great features. I wish I had switched over to Rivyo sooner. The team was also extremely helpful with getting my store integrated with google shopping ratings. A+

This app has been running trouble free for almost 2 years now! I have on occasion wanted to customize certain color and appearance options in which case the customer service has been incredibly helpful and quick…I highly recommend.
