I have used this app for my three more store and will use more store. I really like and feel comfortable to use it. This is an app which use so easy and amazing. For 2 years I was using alireviews but they became too expensive and I was looking for another app. I came across this one and it is by far the best. Simple to use. All features included for 1/4 of the price of alireviews. And the team is there to help you. Amazing app.

This is a great App to make your customers feel confident about your products. Reviews are very easily manageable and you can import them from anywhere like Amazon or Aliexpress. Customer service is good too.

我一下午都在钻研怎么把amazon上的呢评论导入到我的shopify店铺，我选了好几个插件，但是只有Rivyo这个插件简单易懂，并且服务帮助页面很明显。自己倒腾半天发现不会，于是我就咨询了他们。Jigs P这个小哥哥帮助我太多了，我的模板里面是不带有评论模，足足帮了我一个小时，超级超级感谢他，一步步叫我把代码填充进去模板里面。现在我可以轻松导入reviews啦哈哈哈希望我的店铺越做越强！！！他们在印度所以和我们没有多少时差，这个团队太棒了，你想要是服务人员是在美国本土，那我就得熬夜问了哈哈哈哈哈，他们非常赞哈哈哈哈，未来还会继续支持他们，做跨境电商技术性服务真的太需要了！！！！

I had been looking for a reviews app where my customers could upload images of their products for hours. I had difficulty installing all other applications because I have limited coding knowledge. While completing the easy to follow installation steps provided by Rivyo, I opened the chat option for guidance from their team. Within minutes (literally minutes) the team member "Jigs P" had set the entire thing up for me and helped me custom it to fit the aesthetic of my store. I could not recommend this application and its customer service more! 5 starts
