I recently started using Rivyo: Reviews & Loyalty on my Shopify store and I must say this is one of the best apps for collecting and showcasing reviews. The interface is clean and easy to use, setup is quick, and importing product reviews is super smooth. What I really like is the photo/video review option that builds strong trust with customers. The loyalty and rewards feature is also amazing — it keeps my customers engaged and coming back. Their support team is very responsive and helpful whenever I had a small doubt. Have been using the app for just over a day or so now. Has all the features I was looking for. I (might just be me) had some difficulty installing but the support team took care of it immediately. They had me up and running in about 10 mins. Fantastic support!
