Have been using the app for just over a day or so now. Has all the features I was looking for. I (might just be me) had some difficulty installing but the support team took care of it immediately. They had me up and running in about 10 mins. Fantastic support!

We are extremely grateful for the selfless and prompt help from the customer support team. They were incredibly patient and responsive, helping us solve our issues quickly — especially with the code insertion. The Rivyo app itself is very useful and powerful. It allows us to easily add product reviews and star ratings on our Shopify store, which helps build trust with customers and improve conversions. Highly recommended!

The service was fast, professional and helpful. I literally asked a question that was really impacting my store operations. The app wasn't set up correctly and I couldn't figure out what to do. As soon as I reached out it was resolved. I couldn't be more thankful for your help!

So far so good....I just started my switch to Rivyo from a different app and Jigs and the customer service team have been very helpful!
