It's easy to use and navigate. They can easily fix prob thru chat. Would be best if there's an option for customers to leave reviews from social media platforms like facebook. All in all, it's still the best review app that I used so far.

It goes all well, but there's few things you need to know. If you are from mainland China and wanna import the aliexpress reviews, you need a stable overseas vpn to do it, otherwise you need to ask the customer service of this app to help you import every time. And as for the Amazon reviews import, it doesn't have as many filters as the aliexpress import. It can't only import the text reviews without images.

The Rivyo Review app gives us the tools we wanted and the Thimatic developers were very helpful on the installation and customization questions. I highly recommend this app.
