Fast support, great app, the cheapest alternative. There are some missing features but the support is helpful about those.

Support was good and solved my issue right away. I wish the directions were more clear to begin with but at least support was good. The app does exactly what I want it to do at a good price.

Great app - even the free version - great for getting feedback from customers. Good support team - raised it via the chat and it was sorted with using contributor access which is great from an audit perspective!!

AFTER 4 MONTHS USE Service is still the best, options are endless, looks professional. still highly recommended! + instant help from the support team. switched from the major review app to this. 10x more customization 6x cheaper what are you waiting for! + 10/5 stars keep it up! - maybe add a (google) translate fucntion when importing the reviews, so all goes automatic.

Great app does all the work it is supposed to do with perfection & great ease. Support is excellent they resolve all your queries really fast. Its very simple to use nothing complicated which is a great help. Would definitely recommend this app to others.

always supportive with any issues. they have a very quick turnaround, easy communication, and kind staff. please just fix the weird border glitch so i dont have to contact support each time :) everything else is wonderful!
