This review apps is the best one by far! I am very impressed with the clean and functional layout. Most importantly, the customer support team is very responsive and helpful to guide you and resolve every single question you have! Literally the best apps and you must have it on your store!

I was impressed by how the reviews could be looked like that I installed the app, it does the job! Our customers could upload photos with the review now. And I have to give a thumb up to their support team- They responded quickly and help me fix the coding problem, such as the install and layout setting issues, I am just trying the free plan but still got full support.

This app is very very smart , you should try a single time before you another app to install . customer executive are very intelligent. N:B feedback email only for 50 in a month it is very limited , it could be 100 at least.

I just installed this plugin, but encountered some minor troubles. I contacted customer service via email, and the problem was solved quickly! Also this plugin is really awesome. There is no one of the best review plugins ever used!

I use this Rivyo to help me manage the reviews in my store. And I have to say, it really does a wonderful job! All the comments on my website can be manageed easily. It helps us gain a lot of customers! Also, I met a problem the other day. I emailed theie support team to ask for help. Instead of being passive, they were so nice to offer their help directly. They asked me to chat online instead of email, which saved me a lot of time! My problem just got solved in only 10 minutes! What a great job! Here I want everyone to use this app. And a huge thanks to its develop team and support team! I love you guys!

Great review app for my Shopify store! Easy to use, nice features. And the support team is really great and very fast. Had to call on them a few times and the resolved my issues super fast.

We just started to use this app and are not very computer literate. We contacted Thimatic to assist us in setting this up in our store. Jack Patel contacted us right away to walk us through the setup. The review app is up and running and working great. Thanks! Updated: We had some trouble with a customized theme and Rivyo was right there again to make sure our reviews worked when we transferred to a new one. Great service!

This is a great, user friendly app that we've added to our shop. After changing themes I had a couple of small problems and the customer support was excellent. Problem solved quickly and in a friendly manner.
