Came to Rivyo from Loox. When I had trouble importing the reviews the support team helped me out. I like that their free plan allows customers to add photos to their reviews. That's the main thing I look for in a review app

Great customer support. I asked questions before install but they reply and engaged for me. They have full customization for language for their entire service. It should be mentioned!

The app is great! The support is even better. We have a custom theme and they even take the time to help you fix issues which are occurring from the custom theme. I highly recommend them!

I needed an app to have reviews on my site. I am importing from squarespace to Shopify. I was assisted by Thimatic and got my reviews page, and reviews on my product page - it looks awesome. Thank you so much, i've never had this good of support on a web app before. find me @VisualTimmy edit: I needed some more help with some visual details of my testimonial and reviews page. They were happy to help and solved my issue quickly! Thank you!!!

App itself does not have major issue. Cannot export then import reviews to other sites, does not support product handler in other languages I guess. Inconsistent customer support quality and speed, sometimes they do things really quick, sometimes they just spend a lot of time in fixing some really minor issues. Buyer beware if you need things to be urgently complete on production site. For development environment it should be alright I guess as you got time to spend with them. - Update: The CS shown the best effort to remedy even though you still need extra time to talk to them. They are really hardworking. Changed review rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

I have now used this review app for some time and I can't find another app out there that suits all my needs and is customizable to the extent of Rivyo, also the staff team are great and very attentive when it comes to any problems or glitches which is a major plus! I had a few issues with the placement of the reviews module and they were fixed very quickly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a stable and solid review system.

Very useful and customizable app, easy to set up and a lot of new features. Swift support assistance from Jigs to implement some additional customization. Love the app and its works as mentioned.
