Excellent and timely communication. I contacted them to implement a change to my theme via CSS and they were professional and helpful. It is an app we have been using since our store and we are very happy with it.

Absolutely 5 star. Good service, quick response. I have submitted my case in the moring, and their staff replied within a few hours. Now that my problem is solved. PS I am very satisfied with this app which is convenient to use.

I use Rivyo for all my shopify website. This one is better than others because it can write reviews by ourselves. And the support team is good.

Well I'm using for now the free version, even though the customer service is very helpful. They helped me to set everything super fast and really, great app - great service - and I sure will upgrade for the premium plan.

The customer support at Rivyo is phenomenal! The support team has solved all of our issues from importing reviews to making cosmetic adjustments on our live theme and the wait time is virtually none. We have just installed the app this week and it's definitely a worthy purchase. As for the app itself, its user interface is very friendly and it has all the features we need.
