Great app, excellent layout. The support is extremely helpful. I recommend it, and I think it is the best review app.

I only committed to this app because the developer promised me that the reviews would be indexed by Google in 1 month. That was 4 months ago. Now they include it, but there is a catch. You have to pay for the Advanced Plan. Developer left that detail out. Only reason I put up with the all the problems with this app was because it was free. Updated: The customer service has been good in dealing with issues I have so I am bumping my review up

Awesome free app with incredible support. Thanks for keeping a free plan available for us as its a great way to test out a product fully with the option to upgrade down the line.

Didn't worked as expected. Most features requires an upgrade to the paid plan and then there is no useful features left for free.

it let me add reviews for 3 products and then just stopped working, now I cannot import anything. I click submit review after filling in all the details and its just processes forever. Contacted support and got no help whatsoever

I have been looking for a reviews app that is easy to configure and I'm glad I found Rivyo Product Review. Installation for the reviews section is very easy with just a click of a button. However, we had trouble adding the stars rating on the shop/collections page as the theme we are using is not listed in the instructions that come with the app. But support was super amazing! Requested them to add the code on our website on a weekend, and in less than 24 hours, they have installed the code! Couldn't have asked for a better app (and support) for product reviews!

I had to get help to add this app as I wasn't familiar with liquid code and they quickly set it up for me and I cannot appreciate the help enough. I highly recommend them if you are wanting to have product reviews on your website and even allow people to ask questions about the products. I highly recommend Rivyo.

Great app, even better developers! We use the Minimal Theme, and like it for it's simplicity. I added Tabs to my products, and put the review code in there, but it was creating a lot of white space. I sent a ticket to the developers, gave them permissions to only edit the theme, and bammo, a couple of hours later, they have it looking awesome! Woot Woot! Thanks! paintedheirloom.com
