I can confidently say that this app is great and customer service guys are always there to help. Have used this app on my other store for a while and have enjoyed it as well as my customers. It is pretty easy to set up and quick. Recommend it.

The best review app out there. i am so happy i found it. The support team is amazing, they helped me with all the questions I had and also helped me with the customization. LOVE IT. It's easy to integrate, easy to use and it has so many cool features that you can use.

The app is amazing and functional... what is more important than that is the support team, they have gone an extra mile and compensated for my lack of technical knowledge and made everything they way i want... dealing with them is just a breeze... highlight recommended

There is still some issues with the app but support helps and responds very quickly. I had some issue with importing amazon reviews but not it is all fixed.

The app works really great but only when support sets your code manually so you need to give them permission.

I've been used Loox for a long time, but I decided to change to the other platform because Loox UI doesn't look modern to me. In first, it's hard to set up your store with Rivyo, but they have the Best Customer Service! Highly recommended!
